With a background in accountancy and business operations, he has built a career focused on real estate financial control, managing workplace environments, real estate portfolios, and associated corporate infrastructure.
Damien Smith, Managing Director Investment Banking | CBRE
Damien joined CBRE following its acquisition of Sera Global, where he was Managing Partner and led the Strategic Advisory practice, advising global asset managers and investment firms on expansion strategies, product development and corporate transactions. With more than 25 years of international real estate and investment management experience, Damien has previously held senior leadership positions including Head of Real Estate at UBS Wealth Management, Head of Europe at The Townsend Group, and Chief Investment Officer at ING Real Estate.
Adam Mactavish, Group Sustainability Director | Currie & Brown
Adam has over 20 years of experience helping organisations develop low-carbon, sustainable solutions for the built environment. He leads whole-life carbon and net-zero strategies across a range of sectors and advises government bodies on future building standards and sustainability policy. Adam is recognised for translating complex sustainability challenges into practical, commercially viable opportunities that deliver measurable environmental and business benefits.

Oliver leads the company’s workplace strategy, asset management, leasing and office proposition across its UK portfolio of over 6 million sq ft. He previously served as Head of Offices and was instrumental in launching MYO, Landsec’s flexible workspace brand, helping drive the evolution of flexible and service-led office environments. With nearly two decades of experience in Central London real estate, he has held senior roles spanning investment, development, leasing and workplace innovation.
